A wide range of fabulous food at breakfast time. Had twin room with an air-conditioner, a fan, for instance.

The staff here were very attentive and gave us lots of information about the local tourist sites.

Fairly clean and functional accom with great location near to the centre of Ourense as well as main square. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The food choices are fantastic, with a simple and excellent restaurant on site, and a convenient location near the train station and popular tourist attractions just 1 km away.

Comforts of spotless and fairly quiet guest room with all the facilities were fabulous.

It is also within walking distance to the train station, allowing for easy arrival and departure. Guests can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the Roman bridge, which is part of the famous Camino Via de la Plata. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities such as a comfy bed and a nice-smelling environment. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Some guests reported difficulties with controlling the temperature in the shower, which sometimes resulted in water that was either too hot or draining issues.

Functional small place, it has great location very close to the main attractions and the centre of Orense. The staff are very, very nice and supper friendly, managed the parking nearby. There is plenty of fabulous food for breakfast. Thank you for a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay.

Location right by certain areas.

Friendly and helpful staff, centrally located with supermarkets, restaurants, and city center nearby. The room was well-maintained and the larger rooms have a good desk for working. The fast WIFI and convenient cafe next door were also a plus. Despite a slightly noisy room fan on one trip, I still enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The property was excellent, with nice staff and an unbeatable location near late night tapas bars. The hotel is located near churches and close to Parque de San Lazaro. The bar was good, making the whole experience really great.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with a parking garage right at the entrance. The price was very affordable, and the front desk personnel were fluent in English and incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly cared about their guests and provided excellent service. Additionally, having a café onsite was a nice perk, and the beds were comfortable. I've had multiple great experiences at this hotel over the years and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in the area.
